This is living in the moment and enjoying every glorious second of it. Hiking in the woods enables you to tap into the innate ancient wisdom of the trees and feel your body transform as a result. Indeed, it is this unadulterated sacred sanctuary that fills you with such a comforting peace that your entire body seems to let out a huge sigh of relief. You again realize that there is more to life than iPads, iPhones and rushing around.

Held twice monthly, these delightful adventures, suitable for most fitness levels, will introduce you to what it's like to unplug, unwind and unleash from the stressful world and embrace a more peaceful and life-enhancing alternative. The meditative walks usually last from one to two hours while the mindful hikes range from two to four hours. Group and individual sessions are available. The location and types of paths vary depending on the needs of the participants. Most hikes are done in the mountains lasting anywhere from 2 to 4 hours of delightful adventure.
